This essential group activity helps students decide whether to use a credit card in given situations. Break students into groups and distribute both Credit Card Situations and template worksheets. Assign each group a situation.

This supplemental activity provides students an opportunity to evaluate loan applications based on their credit reports.
Selecting the Right Credit Card
This supplemental activity teaches students to understand and compare credit card features and costs. Distribute one copy to each student and ask the students to research various credit cards and fill in the blanks on the chart. If desired, you can hold a group discussion after they have completed their research to discuss trade-offs and which card might be right for different life stages.
